This is the place where…
This is the place where the heart of the universe and our heart sing along. We sing to get closer to people and decrease the distance that separates us from Truth, our Self and the World.
Every age demands our modernization, but our concern is the dedication to the timelessness that the self-consciousness of Music exudes. The collective creative act is the basis, the cornerstone and the philosophical attitude towards the individualism and the inner loneliness of today.
The project was launched from Thessaloniki in the MET Poetry Laboratory by a group of students inspired by Ilias Sarigiannidis. Today, after many transformations, this group has taken a steady form of musicians who recognize and love the special sound that has been created with visionary power and faith. Live appearances (…) are the secret place of gathering and working ritually and therapeutically both to the actors and the listeners, thus turning the place into a place of atonement and purification.
“Poetics” is the title of the first collection (2016) with new compositions, recorded and released in an independent production. The composition, lyrics and orchestration of the works was undertaken by the HS. “Poetics I”, as a result of artistic experimentation, focuses on the creative power inherent in each of us. This collection is dedicated to Professor Elias Papadopoulos, founder of MET’s Poetics.
In 2018, the second collection titled ‘Indigo: the color of the future’ which reflects the endless journey of life within the world and its constant changes, is expected to be released. A color or even an idea, a conception and a birth, a birth and a vision that imagines Humanity over the fear and pain, naked in Love, expressing the Beauty and the Impudence.
As for the actors…
Ruled and drenched by our origin, we punch the sky, shatter the stars, the galaxies, the false Suns and the Worlds – and without any guilt- we admire the power of creation.
